2013 古坑咖啡
roast: 140922, first crack + 40".
堅果、些許可可般的香氣。類似龍眼蜜的甜,甜度高,酸味則非常微弱。
厚度中等,包圍舌頭的蠟感明確,沒有負面的苦澀。7.5
最初拿到這產區的豆子是烘好的成品,烘培度已接近french roast,喝起來空洞苦澀,拿到生豆後又嘗試了幾次才抓到好喝的烘法,這樣的烘培會是個甜口易飲的豆子,可惜酸度、複雜度都不太夠。(1k)
